Who can join

Teens age 12 and older who live in or near Palencia, St. Augustine, FL. Every teen account requires a parent or guardian to record consent before any member feature unlocks. Guardians, mentors and advisors join in their own accounts.

How mentors are vetted

Every mentor and advisor applies, acknowledges a code of conduct and a mandatory-reporter statement, provides two references, and completes a Level 2 background screening (fingerprint-based). A mentor appears anywhere teens can see them only after an administrator marks them Active. Every club requires at least two assigned adults before it becomes visible.

Community rules

• No private messaging of any kind between members — announcements are one-way.
• No sharing of last names, addresses, phone numbers or school schedules.
• Achievements and club posts are reviewed by staff before they appear.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech or sexual content ends membership.
• Anyone can report a concern about any profile or post; staff review every report.

Ask for Help is not an emergency service

Support requests are read by human staff, not monitored 24/7, and never answered by an AI. If you or someone you know is in danger right now, call or text 988, or call 911.

Changes and enforcement

We may suspend or remove an account that puts a young person at risk. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the community feed.
