Cook one real meal per session, then eat it together.

The story

A service project delivering meals to neighbors after a storm turned into a question nobody could answer: who actually knows how to cook? Chef Lab was the answer. Session one was scrambled eggs. Session twelve was paella for forty people.

Knife skills, food safety, and budget cooking. Every session ends with a shared table and a cleanup rotation.
